When you top up your balance via Paypal or credit card, you receive a receipt (that does currently not include your VAT ID). You receive an automatic invoice for the amount of your order as soon as your order finishes – if your account is set to single (not monthly) invoicing. This invoice will contain your company's VAT ID.
Please make sure that other information you need to show up on the invoice is entered by you:
Invoices will be addressed to your company and company address. You can edit these data in your account in the section Contact details – 'Inovice Address'.
Additional information that needs to be on the invoice can be entered by you as the internal order title. Clickworkers don't see this order title, but it will show up on your invoice.
