Difference between receipts and Invoices

- When you top up your balance via Paypal or credit card, you receive a receipt (that does not include your VAT ID). You can download this receipt in your customer account on our site.
- You receive an automatic invoice for your order as soon as your order finishes – if your account is set to single (not monthly) invoicing. Until then, the money for your order is only reserved in your account. This invoice will list your company's VAT ID and, if applied, VAT fee. Due to Prepay, this invoice is already paid, which is claimed on the invoice itself.
- Please make sure that information you need to show up on the invoice is entered by you:
- Invoices will be addressed to your company and company address. You can edit these data in your account in the section Contact details – 'Invoice Address'.
- Additional information that needs to be on the invoice can be entered by you as the internal order title. Clickworkers don't see this title, but it will show up on your invoice.
