Is your survey order not finished to a 100% but was prematurely terminated (due to the expiration date or by you), you cannot reopen, but easily clone it. This way, you can submit your order again within a few seconds and change settings if you need to.
Tip: If you do not wish for the same participants to answer again, please exclude these via a team that you add as a blocklist to your cloned order.
