If you live in a country that is named, our platform may decline the transaction, unfortunately.


If this is the case for you, please consider using a different way to charge your account, for example via Paypal (immediately) or SEPA transfer (1-2 business days).


If you need an invoice before the SEPA transfer about the exact amount you are charging, we will gladly issue one for you.
For the down-payment invoice, please contact us with the exact amount you want to charge as well as your company name, address and VAT. 
The amount is then payable within two weeks after you received the invoice. As soon as we receive your bank transfer, we will charge your account.
