If you want to charge your account you can use various methods: We offer SEPA transfer, Paypal and Credit Card. While a SEPA transfer takes up to two work days, transactions via Paypal and Credit Card reach us instantly.
Therefore we recommend using Paypal since it is also the smoothest way for later reimbursements of left over credit.
Top up your customer account
To top up your customer account, please click on the menu item “Account” and then on “Charge Account“.
Submit order after payment
If you have selected bank transfer as a method of payment, the payment process may take a few days to complete. To submit an already created order after the credit, you can access it at any time in your account under the menu item "Orders" - "All orders" and submit it with one click on “Submit“.
