When you have topped up your account using PayPal or a credit card, the respective receipts can be accessed and downloaded in your customer account. Simply log in and select the menu item “Account” - “My invoices”.
An invoice to your order is automatically created as soon as the order is completed. The invoices are then also available for download in the same area in your account.
This process applies only to single invoicing. If you chose monthly invoicing in your account, you will receive an invoice at the beginning of a new month for all orders from the previous month.
