After receiving your order, there might be a short waiting time since we check every order before publishing it on our platform. However, if we receive your order during our office hours and everything is correct, we will surely activate it right away. Otherwise, you will receive an e-mail from us about what may miss or should be changed in your order.

  • With surveys, we will go through your survey to ensure that the survey is doable in general and that there is no question asking for personal data from the Clickworkers (like name, e-mail addresses, etc.).
  • With text creations, we will check whether the briefing includes enough information on the topic for the Clickworkers to write a full text about it. Also, the briefing should specify the form of reader address and the perspective the text should be written from.
  • With translations, we usually quickly check whether the text you uploaded is understandable and whether you specified the form of reader address, if necessary for the target language.
  • With Sentiment orders, we also primarily check whether the instructions for the job are clear.
