Order Review & Activation Process
After you submit your order, it may take a short time before it becomes active. We manually review every order to ensure everything runs smoothly on our platform.
If your order is submitted during our office hours (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CET) and everything is correct, it will be activated right away. If submitted outside office hours, it will be reviewed and processed on the next business day.
If anything is missing or needs to be adjusted, you will receive an email from us with the necessary details.
What We Check During the Review
For survey orders, we verify that:
The survey complies with our Terms of Use
No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is required
No web traffic tasks or paid reviews are included
The order setup is correct and functional
Links work properly and confirmation codes are provided (for external surveys)
The processing time is usually minimal but may vary depending on the complexity and estimated completion time of the survey. Longer surveys (e.g., those taking more than 30 minutes to complete) may require additional testing.
Auto-Accept Feature
For regular customers who consistently submit error-free orders, we offer an Auto-Accept feature.
With Auto-Accept enabled:
Orders go live instantly
No manual review is required
Activation occurs even outside our office hours
You can request this feature via customer support.
Please note that we reserve the right to revoke Auto-Accept if issues such as broken links or missing confirmation codes occur frequently.
